The Tenncom Group is staying ahead of the field in Captive Management Programs.Our Staff Kathleen Tenney is president of Tenncom Business Solutions, Inc. Her specialty is customer service and Medical Benefits. Kathleen is a successful Medical Records technician (licensed MRT), with 6 years of experience at Hospitals and Hospice. She has many years of experience in the Workers' Comp and Employee Leasing (PEO) fields. Kathleen is the co-owner of The Tenncom Group. She is a member of NAWIC, the National Association of Women in Construction.  John William "Will" Tenney
is the CEO of Tenncom Group Insurance. He is a former airline pilot and software engineer."John or Will?" John's dad was John Richard Tenney and went by Jack. To avoid confusion, his family referred to John William as "Will." His Dad introduced him to the PEO industry, so if you know him as Will, you probably met him in that industry or through a family acquaintance. He is a licensed insurance agent by the state of Florida, E155183, and several other states on a non-resident basis: Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, New York, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Utah to name a few. John's previous experience as a insurance auditor/trainer launched his career serving PEOs for their Workers' Comp needs. He dabbles in the field of Sports Marketing, where he drives a stock car locally and works with several drivers in their NASCAR racing pursuits.  Ron Dixon, formerly a wide receiver for the NY Giants,
serves PEO Pros as Director of Public Relations on an as needed basis. Ron is researching PEO Health Care
programs and advanced insurance products for high-paid/high-risk professions such as pro athletes. Ron
can currently be heard as a frequent guest on the Shannon Burke show on Real Radio.
Ron has ably adapted his experience in the NFL to become an excellent networker and insurance product provider.  Adam
Marcus has joined us as a Sales Associate. Adam is a
consummate sales professional, having built up and sold his own business, attended business college and had other successful

is the lead Technician. Nathan is our on-site service specialist, and can
solve any hardware, software or networking problem, large or small. If you
have a problem in home or office Nate will either coordinate a serviceman
to help you, or do it himself. Nate builds, programs and maintains several
servers for Tenncom and our clients.Nate joined our team in April 2002, but will be available part time only, as he has made a committment to serve his country through The US Air Force. We're proud to have him on our staff. He is currently a first lieutenant and has just completed pilot training. Nate is our "Hardware Stormtrooper." |
