The Tenncom Group has been in business since 1994, but entered the PEO consulting world in 2003. A license became necessary in 2005 for the purposes of placing master workers’ compensation policies with PEOs.

Tenncom Group today announced an agreement with Patriot Underwriters that allows them to act as wholesalers for the Patriot family of insurance companies, including Guarantee Insurance Company.

Agents and agencies are encouraged to contact the Tenncom Group to discover excellent commission rates and profit sharing options for workers’ comp insurance.

NCG is based in London, England and works through Lloyds.

PEO Pros will function somewhat like an MGA, working with agents and brokers through a broker agreement. If PEOs are not directly working with an agent for EPLI they may contact PEO Pros directly.

After trying a few names to properly describe their strategic partnership, I-surance LLC (owner Augie Buffa) and PEO Pros (owner John Will Tenney) have settled on the name PAY-surance HR ©, as it includes the three basic products covered: Payroll Services, Business Insurance and HR Services.

“It says a lot more to a business owner than PEO Pros” commented Tenney, “PEOs know who we are, but your average business owner may not be familiar with the PEO model.”

Website addresses have been purchased (indicated below) and currently point to the interim site.

Logos are being designed and websites will be updated during the next few weeks.

This was expected. Various legal decisions in the past year have increased the potential cost of legal fees, which is a major part of the cost of workers’ comp.

We predict that this will cause some shifts in the comp market as employers will seek alternatives to traditional policies.
